Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
    4 eggs
    10 oz. chopped broccoli, thawed
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
    1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    In a large bowl mix corn muffin mix, eggs, cottage cheese, salt and thawed broccoli.
    Add melted margarine, then add milk and pour into the 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 425\u00b0 about 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Freezes well.
