Spinach Salad With Hot Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. fresh spinach
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium red onion, chopped
    2 carrots, grated
    4 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
    12 bacon strips, cooked crisp and crumbled (save bacon grease)
Preparation
    Clean spinach and break into easy bite sizes.
    Make sure spinach is completely dry before tossing.
    In a large bowl toss spinach with sliced mushrooms, chopped onion, grated carrots and crumbled bacon.
    Put into serving bowl and place egg quarters on top.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
