Zucchini And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini
    oil
    chopped garlic to taste
    chopped onions to taste
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    3 eggs
    Locatelli cheese
Preparation
    Peel and chop zucchini into small pieces.
    In saucepan, saute zucchini in oil with garlic and onions.
    When soft, add tomato sauce.
    Simmer for approximately 20 minutes or until zucchini is completely cooked.
    Beat eggs and add to mixture.
    Sprinkle with Locatelli cheese and cook about 10 minutes, until eggs are completely cooked.
    Serve as a side dish.
