Ingredients

1/2 c. rice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 qt. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins or 2 eggs
Preparation

Grease baking dish.
Wash rice.
Add milk, cinnamon or nutmeg, sugar and salt.
Bake in 275\u00b0 oven for 3 hours.
Stir frequently during first hour.
Add raisins or eggs during last 1/2 hour.
