Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger (90% lean or better)
    5 round tsp. Morton Tender Quick
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. hickory salt
    2 1/2 tsp. whole black pepper
Preparation
    Mix well in a bowl and refrigerate.
    Take out once a day for 3 days.
    Mix well on fourth day.
    Form rolls (we make 6 rolls about the size of a Ritz cracker).
    Place on top rack of the oven and bake for 8 hours at 150\u00b0.
