Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage
1 can celery soup
1 c. shredded cheese
1/4 stick margarine
1/2 box Ritz crackers
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Boil cabbage until done.
Drain and put in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Pour can of celery soup (diluted with milk) over cabbage. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Spread cheese and margarine over cabbage mixture.
Mash crackers and put on top of all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese has melted.
