Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. cranberry sauce
2 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2/3 c. defatted chicken broth
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. water
1 green pepper, cut in strips
Preparation

Place chicken in baking dish.
In saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and defatted chicken broth.
Mix cornstarch with water until smooth and add to sauce mixture.
Cook sauce until thickened.
Add pineapple chunks to sauce and pour over chicken.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Uncover. Add green pepper strips and baste with sauce.
Bake, uncovered, for 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve over rice.
Serves 4.
