Instant Cherry Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can Red Tart pitted cherries
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant strawberry pudding
2 c. milk
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 baked graham cracker crust, cooled
Preparation

Cream cheese until softened. Add 1/2 cup of the milk, a little at a time, blending until mixture is very smooth. Add remaining 1 1/2 cups milk and pudding. Beat with mixer just until well mixed. Pour into crust. Chill until set. Drain cherries, reserving syrup. Add sugar and cornstarch to syrup. Stir until smooth. Cook until thickened. Add cherries. Cool slightly. Spoon over cream filling. Chill.
