Country Ham 'N Red-Eye Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices ham
    cold water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    oil
    1 c. black coffee
Preparation
    Soak ham in cold water and sugar for at least 1/2 hour.
    Wash well and dry.
    Fry in oil until brown.
    Remove from pan and keep warm.
