Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Crisco
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. blackberry jam
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine Crisco, sugar and eggs.
    Add jam; mix well.
    Stir in sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk.
    Pour into greased and lightly floured 9 x 13 pan.
    Bake in moderate oven, 350\u00b0, for 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
