Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 medium sized peaches (5 lb.)
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    sugar
    ground cinnamon
    1 (17.3 oz.) can or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated biscuits
Preparation
    About 2 hours before serving or early in the day:
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Peel peaches and cut into 1/2-inch slices.
    In large bowl, toss sliced peaches with flour, lemon juice, salt, 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Spoon peach mixture into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cover tightly with foil; bake 35 to 45 minutes until peach mixture is hot and bubbly.
