Italian Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. oil or fat
1 green pepper, finely cut
1 stalk celery, finely cut
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 large can tomatoes
1 large can tomato paste
1 lb. long thin spaghetti
Preparation

Brown beef in fat.
When meat is almost done, add onion, green pepper and celery.
Brown lightly.
Add remaining ingredients, except spaghetti.
Stir well.
Cover and cook on low heat for 1 hour or all day.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Serve with a sauce.
Yields 6 servings.
