Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium hot baked potato
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Scoop out potato from the skin and beat with butter until creamy.
    Add cocoa and sugar gradually, then add the nuts.
    Knead until it can be molded.
    Pack into buttered pan and cut into squares.
