Thin Spaghetti With Meat Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 glove garlic, finely minced
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 c. tomatoes, put through sieve to remove seeds
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 bay leaf (optional)
Preparation
-
Saute beef, onion and garlic in margarine.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Remove bay leaf.
Cook spaghetti as directed.
Pour sauce over cooked spaghetti and serve.
Serves 4 to 6.
