1 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. multi-grain pancake mix
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 dash cinnamon
1 1/2 c. milk or soy milk (more for thinner pancakes, less for thicker ones)

Add if you wish: strawberries, raspberries, chocolate, bananas, blueberries, shredded coconut, or any to your taste.
