Joaney'S Whole Wheat Banana Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed, ripe bananas (2 to 3 bananas)
Preparation

Combine mashed bananas, brown sugar, oil and eggs until thoroughly mixed.
Stir dry ingredients together and add to banana mixture, mixing to combine.
Bake in muffin pan at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
