Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced raw rhubarb
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
pie shell (unbaked)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
-
Arrange rhubarb in pie shell; sprinkle with jello.
Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and melted butter.
Sprinkle on top of pie. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Freezes well.
