Skillet Ham, Pineapple And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. diced ham
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    8 to 12 oz. pineapple tidbits (optional)
    3 medium green peppers, sliced
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    3/4 c. cider vinegar
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 pimentos, diced
Preparation
    Stir-fry ham in margarine 3 to 5 minutes until lightly browned. Add pineapple and green peppers.
    Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes until peppers are crisp-tender.
    Mix all other ingredients.
    Stir into skillet and heat, stirring until thickened.
    Serve over rice.
