Sausage Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. turkey sausage
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 slices bread
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown sausage; drain grease.
    Break up sausage. In a bowl, mix together eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
    Tear bread into small pieces and add to egg mixture.
    Add cheese and sausage.
