Arnice Gunter'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

6 chicken breasts, cooked tender and cut up into small pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained (optional)
1 stick margarine
1 box Escort crackers
Preparation

Line one large or two small casserole dishes with Escort crackers (use 1/2 box to line dish, save other half to use on top of casserole).
Combine chicken, soups, sour cream and water chestnuts; mix well.
Pour over crushed crackers and top with remaining crackers.
Melt margarine and pour over crackers.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
