Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. walnuts (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Add sugar
and
oil
and beat thoroughly. Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt
and
cinnamon
into first mixture and beat well.
Fold in carrots.
Pour
into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
