Marshmallow Creme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    12 marshmallows
    1 egg white
Preparation
    Boil sugar and water to a thin syrup.
    Press 12 marshmallows into the syrup, but do not stir.
    Beat 1 egg white (thick) and when marshmallows are melted, beat into the egg white.
