Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 green pepper
    1 small onion
    4 potatoes, cubed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Put all the ingredients in blender in order listed; cover and run on high, just until all potatoes go through the blender (do not overblend). Pour into casserole and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
