Macaroni Salmon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. macaroni
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 slightly beaten eggs
Preparation

Cook macaroni and drain.
Melt butter and stir in flour and salt.
Gradually stir in milk, cooking until thick.
Add a small amount of hot mixture to the slightly beaten eggs and return to hot mixture.
Add cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and salmon.
Turn into a greased 9-inch pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
