Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew met
    2 c. diced potatoes
    2 c. diced celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    6 carrots, cut up
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for five hours.
    Leave cover on pan while baking.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
