Small Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 eggs
    1 box vanilla wafers
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine
    cream\tcheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and eggs in\tmixing bowl.
    Beat at high speed for 5 minutes.
    Line small tart
    pans with small paper cups.
    Place 1 vanilla wafer upside down
    in
    paper
    cup.
    Place
    1
    tablespoon
    of cheese filling in each
    cup.\tBake
    at
    350\u00b0\tfor
    18 to 20 minutes. Crack will appear
    on top and they will appear like they have fallen.\tLet cool.
    When
    cooled, place 1 teaspoon cherry pie filling on top. Makes 50.
