No-Guilt Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. 2% cottage cheese
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt chocolate on low.
    Cool slightly. Put in food processor all except chocolate and the powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Add melted chocolate and beat well.
    Pour into lightly buttered pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until just set. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Cool and cut into squares.
