Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. mashed cooked carrots
    3 beaten eggs
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 small onion, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Add butter, eggs, cheese, onion, salt and pepper to mashed carrots and mix well.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
