Potato Latkes(Hanukkah) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1/2 onion, cut
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Grate potatoes in food processor.
    Turn into sieve and drain. Put onion, eggs and salt in food processor.
    Blend.
    Add potatoes. Blend.
    Fry on oil in pan.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Serve warm. Serves 4.
