Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 slices bread
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. scalded milk
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Toast bread; spread with butter.
Mix all ingredients but 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.
Put toast in a buttered dish. Pour milk mixture over toast; let stand 10 minutes.
Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
