Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 14 oz can artichoke hearts
1 c mayonnaise
1 c grated Parmesan cheese
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of salt
Lemon juice
Preparation

Drain artichokes well. Squeeze out all the juice.
Break artichokes into small pieces and add mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese.
Mix well. Add garlic powder and salt, mix.
Place in shallow casserole/baking dish that you will serve from.
Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 20 to 30 minutes or until brown on top.
Remove from oven and blot excessive oil with paper towel. Serve immediately with Fritos (best large) or toast rounds.
