Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans shrimp
    2 cans crabmeat
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 box Uncle Ben's wild rice or white rice
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 small jar pimiento, drained
    1 stick margarine
    1 can mushrooms
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    In a skillet, saute the onions, celery and pepper in butter; pour into a casserole dish and add pimiento, mushrooms, rice, shrimp, crabmeat and mushroom soup; mix thoroughly.
    Top with cracker crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
