Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. raw rice
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Saute onion, green pepper and celery in butter. Cook broccoli and drain.
    Combine with Cheez Whiz, vegetables, undiluted soup and mushrooms.
    Fold in cooked rice and put into 3-quart buttered casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly (about 20 to 30 minutes).
    (Can be made a day ahead and baked just before serving.)
