Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. grated carrots or 1 c. carrots and 1 c. baby food carrots
Preparation
    Combine
    flour,
    baking
    soda,\tsalt, baking powder and cinnamon and set aside.
    Mix together oil and sugar well!
    Add eggs
    one at a time to oil and sugar mixture.
    Beat well after each.
    Gradually add dry ingredients.
    Add carrots.
    Mix well. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
