Saucy Chicken With Artichokes And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 c. whipping cream
    1/2 tsp. cracked pepper
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    hot cooked noodles
Preparation
    Cut chicken in bite size pieces.
    Place in plastic bag with flour and shake until chicken pieces are well coated.
    Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.
    Add chicken and cook 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
    Cover and cook 5 minutes.
    Drain drippings from pan.
    Add artichokes and next 5 ingredients.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened (low heat).
    Add cheese and stir for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Serve over hot cooked noodles. Spinach noodles make a pretty dish.
