Ground Turkey Or Beef And Vegetable Fried Rice(25 Minutes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground turkey or beef
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen peas pods
    3 c. cold, cooked rice
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. dark sesame oil
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
Preparation
    In large, nonstick skillet, brown turkey or beef, garlic and ginger over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, breaking up into 3/4-inch crumbles.
    Remove meat; pour off drippings.
