Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie crust
    2 egg yolks
    2 stiffly beaten egg whites (fold in last)
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    juice and rind of 1 lemon
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix and pour in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
