Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. catsup
    2 c. water
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. Worcestershire
    2 tsp. celery salt
    1 whole lemon
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Pour over 4 pound or larger brisket, fat side up.
    Cook brisket with sauce, covered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 3 to 5 hours (depending on size of brisket).
    Turn after one hour if possible; baste.
