Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen crinkle cut carrots, cooked until tender, about 10 minutes
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    6 to 8 Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Drain cooked carrots; add melted butter (1/4 stick) to Velveeta and melt.
    Crush crackers and toss with remaining 1/4 stick butter.
    Mix cheese with carrots and pour into casserole. Sprinkle with crumbled cracker-butter mixture on top and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
