Sweet And Spicy Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1/4-inch cubes
    1/2 c. red bell pepper, in 1/4-inch pieces
    1/2 c. yellow bell pepper, in 1/4-inch pieces
    1/2 c. finely chopped fried onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped cilantro
    1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
    2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
    1 1/2 tsp. firmly packed brown sugar
    dash of salt
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine pineapple, red and yellow peppers, onion, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, brown sugar, salt and black pepper.
    Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving. Makes 8 appetizer servings.
