Sliced Baked Potatoes(4 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium even-sized potatoes
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 to 3 Tbsp. fresh herbs, chopped or dry herbs
4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Peel potatoes if skins are tough, otherwise, scrub and rinse. Cut into thin slices, not all the way through.
Put in baking dish; fan them slightly.
Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter.
Sprinkle with herbs.
