Lefse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. mashed potatoes
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 c. flour (very scant)
    8 heaping Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. whipping cream (not whipped)
Preparation
    Peel the potatoes; cook and mash with butter, cream and salt. Let them get cold.
    Mix in the flour and roll out rounds of dough paper thin on lightly floured board.
    Bake the rounds on a grill, turning to lightly brown on both sides.
