Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
1 Tbsp. finely chopped bell pepper
1 Tbsp. pimento, mashed
1/4 tsp. salt
paprika
chopped pecans
Preparation
-
Cream together cheeses, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Place in fridge to chill.
Add remaining ingredients, except nuts and paprika.
Chill 30 minutes.
Roll into ball and roll in paprika and nuts.
