Chinese-Style Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 lb. spareribs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. apple or currant jelly
1/3 c. pineapple syrup
1/3 c. honey
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. red food coloring
1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) can sliced pineapple, drained
Preparation

Cut ribs into 3 or 4 rib sections.
Place in shallow baking pan.
Combine salts.
Mix and sprinkle evenly over ribs.
Cover ribs with aluminum foil, crimping foil firmly to edges of pan. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
