Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced onion
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 c. shredded cheese
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    2 beaten eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook zucchini, celery and onion in 1 1/2 cups water until tender.
    Do not drain.
    Add oleo.
    Cool.
    Add cheese, cracker crumbs, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Bake, uncovered, in greased casserole for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
