Green Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 large can milk
    1 Tbsp. sage
    1/2 c. parsley
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. butter or oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pour into casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
