Cauliflower Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. buttermilk baking mix
    2/3 c. milk
    4 large eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, thawed and drained
    4 oz. process cheese spread
    1/2 c. scallions
Preparation
    In a large bowl, whisk buttermilk baking mix, milk, eggs and salt until blended.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a lightly greased 9-inch pie dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until puffed and golden. Cut in wedges and serve.
    Very good, if you like quiche.
