Cheesy Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, slightly thawed and broken apart
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 c. cornflakes
Preparation
    Combine soup and sour cream; fold into potatoes along with onion, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle cornflake crumbs over top.
    Drizzle with melted butter or margarine.
    Return to oven 15 minutes.
    Can use potatoes O'Brien, then omit onions.
    Serves 12 to 15.
