Chicken-N-Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken
1 box Minute rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. water
1 stick butter
Preparation

Melt butter in electric skillet.
Remove skin from chicken. Fry chicken in butter; salt to taste.
Remove chicken when done. Add rice and water to butter mixture.
Cook until done.
Replace chicken on top of rice.
Pour cream of chicken over all.
Simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
Serve.
