4 Flavored Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. less 1 Tbsp. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. canola oil
    1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    3/4 tsp. almond extract
    3/4 tsp. lemon extract
    1/2 tsp. rum extract
    6 egg whites (large), beaten stiffly
Preparation
    Spray Bundt pan; dust with flour and set aside.
    Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, oil, applesauce and milk; beat with mixer until batter is smooth.
    Add extracts; fold in 1/3 of beaten egg whites.
    Gently fold in remaining beaten egg whites. Pour batter into prepared pan.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 (preheated) oven 45 to 60 minutes.
    Cool 10 to 15 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    Slice and serve with strawberries and whipped cream if desired.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
